Fan on CBR 900RR - 99 , when it suppose to kick in ?

i never saw it actually kicking in. i see temps of 200F sometimes and it still silent .
is that normal or something is wrong ?

normally won't till like 225 or so. my guess is being in CO it's not been warm enough yet to get the bike up to that temp either

actually im in Oregon now Portland. and temp outside was max 84F.
so yeah if it's only at 225 then i should be fine.
