Default are type r parts worth it??

is spending the money and getting the type r cams...intake...pistons...etc really worth it? just curious, please let me know cause im tryin to decide wha tto go with here. thanks

Intead of wasting your money on type r parts, you can get better parts with better performance.

When you think about it, you're just buying stock parts really. I'd toss in the extra $$ to get something that'll help out more

well some type r parts are worth it to me like i picked up a type r flywheel for 170 shipped and its 8lbs lighter than my stock type s. another good mod is the type r LSD

Yes, those I would get. The LSD is a lot less then Quaife and as far as the fly wheel goes, you can't beat that with a stick lol

yeah the flywheel i know but the quaife lsd is around 900 if im not mistaken, how much have u seen type r lsd go for?

The pistons ain't too bad either for the cost. Cams there is way too many choices out there for only a little more money then the type r cams would go for.

Some how type r parts are better for the older honda's and integras...and now a days aftermarket parts are pretty much up to par or even better than type r parts..
