Black exhaust film

My car has 1500 miles on it, but I still have some black crap that builds up on the exhaust tip. its on the inner part of the stock tip. Does this ever go away?

simply just wipe during the car wash

Take a rag or a towel or a shammy and soap it up when you wash your car and wipe it off.
