i believe so
i know someone that likes to keep every oem so he upgraded to the type-r header/exhaust
i don't see him doing it if it didn't do anything

even though i'm saying there is an increase, i'm willing to bet that its not much

not typically better. i mean it's made by the same company. just different style. type r header has 2 hp;es instead of one where it connects to down pipe

lol other than the obvious, The ITR Header has bigger runners, allowing a lot more flow than the smaller runners on the S header. The ITR header will put up about the same gains as a DCRH, only you would be legal. So an ITR header would be way batter!

i really don't think the type-r header is better than raceheader
with the type-r header, you'll still have that restricted cat
even if you gutted the cat, i still think the dc raceheader will outperform it
at least in most whp gain

i agree. it still has a cat, unlike any race header, which will be restrictive

lol I never said it was better than a dcrh. That's why I ran a dcrh over the ITR header. I just said the gains would be about the same and that the ITR header would be way better than a type-s header
