As Im driving in 2nd gear or 3 gear my car will make a loud squeeking noise like the whistle from a bottle rocket shooting but it only does this in hot weather and this noise is pretty loud. Also if i shift outa 2nd or 3rd gear the noise dies down and goes away..Any ideas?

lyk the ecu or solenoid and how would I fix it??
