today my friend disconnected his battery and when he went to connect it again it sparked a lil bit but thats normal anyways now the car wont turn on..the cluster doesnt work at all ,the alarm doesnt work, the wipers dont work ,the fuel pump doesnt click when you put it on the "on" position...could this be caused by a bad relay or something??
