91 crx auto to manual swap problems
Hey guys sooo
I have a 91 crx dx that i changed from auto to manual, it is throwing code 8 and 19
when i crank it over it will run for about 3 seconds then dies, It also has a distributor from an HF but has been repinned so that the wire colors match ( there are 2 blue wires that are not hooked to anything)
Is there anything else that needs to be done to the wires by the shifter , i have already wired the starting wire and the one that lets you get your key out of the ignition, does anything have to be pluged into these?
there is also 4 wires under the dash by the fuse box that all go into a yellow conecctor but i dont know where it plugs into, where does this go?

i did an auto to manual on my integra ..does the car say its in park when you turn it on? (the light on your cluster) if it does you need to loop the wires in order to trick the car into thinking its in drive. hope that can help
this may sound like a pretty dumb question but have you made sure the car was in nuetral and that you push the clutch in before starting? the swap should be pretty straight foward so if your messing with wiring (other then the wires under the shifter) then that might just be were your porblem lays
