Default DPFI->MPFI->OBD0->OBDI ...Tandem Control Valve?

What is this plug and what do I do with it when using an OBD0 harness on an OBDI engine?

I searched but couldn't find much info except that it controls some kind of valve inside the throttle body on DPFI OBD0 cars.

the DPFI engines are the only ones with the tandem control valve - just tape it back to the harness or you can cut it off - if you cut it off, be sure you tape up the end of the black/yellow wire as it is 'hot' with ignition on and if it happens to contact something it will short out
