I've spoken with that guy before when I was going to buy his Jdm red recaros. He said he swapped all his US stuff for Jdm or something. If it is stolen stuff he's selling, I wonder why he posted his telephone number?

how come sooooooooo many people are **** about type r stuff for sale...i know that they get stolen..but every post i see for type r things for sale....its followed..by...

problem is that in the 2+ years i've been on this board, a week has yet to go by that someone hasnt posted a 'my car was stolen' post.

and in socal we have had a recent rash of thefts. I'm sorry (having had one stolen myself) but until you go through that you have no right to judge ppl for being suspicious.

There are a few legitimate sellers of Itr parts. Awhile back I bought the entire climate control to shift plate, cluster and clock from two well respected people on this board that do not own Itrs. No one would suspect them as theives. Both are from the east coast, with one living in a city high on the itr theft list.

 

I agree 100%.

What you say is true, it very true but I think reading and posting on this board makes you ****. Every week almost an ITR is stolen

I've become more **** since reading this board....before I didnt think twice about taking the car to the movies and leaving it for 3+ hours unattended

 

I didn't post up the ad accusing the guy of being a thief. I was just letting some other itr owners see the ad so that they could take whatever actions needed to see if it was possibly any stuff from their cars.
