How much do I torque intake manifold screws?

How much do I torque intake manifold screws?
I have a 99 civic si and the intake manifold gasket broke. Ive taken the intake manifold off and now all we have left is to put it back together. How much should i torque the screws? I dont wanna break it again. And is there a bolt pattern i should follow when tightening them? Thanks for the help?
