Default Crankshaft won't turn after install ***Need advice***

My crankshaft wont turn after I install it into my d16z6. I tried useing both my dohc zc and z6 crankshafts and after I tourque them, either one won't turn. I used the zc bearings for the zc and z6 bearings for the z6. I've lubricated it and it turns when not tourqued but after tourqing, it won't turn even when I'm forcing to turn. Anyone ever run into this problem or have experiences with this let me know thanks.

do you have the right bearings?(do you have oversized bearings for a stock crank) Also, usually with my experiences all you have to do is get the crank to start turning, then it spins freely. Did you plasti-guage it yet to see what the clearence is?

Are the bearings the right spec?
What type of lube?

it sounds like you got oversized bearings and you didnt have the crank machined. really suggest the plastigaugeing it

Last motor I put in had the same bearings and cranksshaft and it turned fine (that was my z6 motor with the same bearings and crank). When I put these same components into the new block, it no longer cranks. I tried the dohc ZC crank and bearings and still same results. I lubed it up with rugular motor oil. Would a y7 crankshaft and y7 bearings fit in my z6 block. If that works then I might just try that. Let me know thanks.

did you even bother to plastigauge the journals before hand?
are you using something like arp moly on the main bolts to make them tighter than the spec actually reads?

Yes you should have platigaged it, but depending on what bearings youve used there could be a problem anywhere. Hit each end of the crank with a rubber mallet and check your endplay. Could be the thrust washers being too tight.
