93 si need help.....

Default 93 si need help.....

would a bad tranny mess up my idle ... it do very very low, like it is going to stall i know my tranny is bad but would that be why??

from what i know it shouldn't cause idle problems.

The only way your tranny would cause your car to idle really really low or die is if the bearings were completely gone and you had a lot of metal to metal contact inside. Easy way to check that. Does your car idle better with the clutch pedal pressed?
