just like the topic question says. If i put a k20z1 manifold on a 04 base head can i use the 03 base throttle body on that manifold including the injectors and fuel rail? would there be a power difference? is the manifold even bolt on to it?

 

if you are going to end up upgrading the mani anyways, you might as well get the 06-07 si one
i'm sure they are not much different in price

 

i myself am getting the rbc for my type s. im gonna sell my k20z1 manifold to my friend who has a base. does it fit??

i try to put type s intake on 05 base and it not fit at all throtle body of bas are not design to go on type s intake ecu will choke and when you reach over 3200 rpm it begin to work , sound is really great , but it result in loss of power because of the way ecu is tune . changing ecu too will not work dont try to put type s into base until you change the rocker assembly btw i got one set with cam for sale 450 $$
