What kinda usage is this car going to get? Track, daily driving, drag, show-car?
That kinda makes a big difference when deciding the parts, engine, and other things you want to do to the car.

Let me get this straight. You want to "race" around town in it (eg. streetrace), so you need performance parts, but you want a show car? That doesn't exactly work out, unless you want to compromise on certain things..
Most people don't drive show cars either.

since you are asking oppinion and not everyone always is, i'm giving mine this time...
sounds to me like your goals are not too resonable. i think you just want to fit in with people and have this super cool car that gets you friends. could be wrong, just a guess. really what we need to know to give good advice on the topic is to know your core motivation. why do you want a car like this?

I hope you spend $5000 on your body kit, drive around your slow car wishing it was faster and can't figure out why you don't have money to turbo or swap it.

You don't need a body kit to make a good looking car. A decent paint job, and a decent detailing job will make your car stand out. The money you'd spend on a body kit should be put towards a paint job.
A Delsol is already a car that attracts lots of eyes. You seem to want a car that people will look at and says "WOW". You bought a Delsol... half the work is already done. As stated previously just get a good paint job.
Then get some wrenches and start working the engine.
If you want to rip the streets, you'll also have to work the suspension. The Delsol handles well, but you'll reach the car's limits faster than you think. It's got crazy overstear, and the stoping power isn't the greatest.
