Default Coolant leak only when fan is on?

I have a problem with a coolant leak on my 1996 Accord, but it only seems to happen when I turn the cars off and the fan kicks on. If the fan does not come on after I turn the car off it doesn't leak. Does anyone have any ideas where it could be coming from?

cracks in the radiator where the fan mounts up?
Coolant is a liquid and is affected by gravity, so it should be a very simple matter to find the leak.
follow the drops up until it isn't wet anymore.

buy the crushed aluminum radiator fix. you just pour it into your radiator and let your car run for 15 mins and it wont leak no more. works great.
