Cooling fans not coming on...
So while i was getting my transmission fluid flushed and changed today, i noticed my cooling fans werent coming on while the car was running. i have never had a problem with it over heating, cept for when i put it on level 3 or 4 AC and idle. i checked the plugs for the fans, and the fuses for the fans, but they all looked good. and i checked what i thought was the temp sensor, the plug going into the neck of the inlet into the engine block from the radiator hose. it seemed fine too. anyone have any suggestions?
sound normal to me....
unless your temperature guage is reaching above the half way mark i wouldnt worry.
my fans dont come on unless i really beat on it.
i think you can test the fan switch with a multimeter to check for a specific number of ohms.....i'm not to sure of how many you would be looking for though. maybe someone else can verify.

see, thats what i was thinking, because i havent had any problems before and its always under the halfway mark. im trying not to learn too much about this car as i worked on my old car and did everything, but this one i want to keep away from just to save myself the headaches and what not.
alright, well, the condensor fan comes on, so now im wondering if the normal cooling fan is ok or not. i might try to unplug it and see if i can verify its good or not. i checked the temp sensor and it looks plugged in, plus the gauge works fine. who knows...
