I would like to retract my earlier statements about s2k's upon joining this forum...

*car enthusiast? i'm only concerned about what i drive...i haven't payed attention to the s2k because i'm not interested in it. too small, end thread.

*i work @ a honda dealership, the car is too small for me. i'm not knockin it though its a fast little car, but it ain't for me.

ummm yes, so i drove one today while i was at work, and it's quite the aggressive honda coupe i do say. i had an `03 coupe convertible w/ 55k on it. and the handling was near perfect, the clutch gripped like crazy and the car is quick as hell.

all in all, i'm just saying i take back my previous statements and, dont judge a car by it's height. thank you

But cool, accord dude. However, the S2000 is not a coupe. It's a convertible. Not a coupe convertible. That would be like having an orange-apple. Or a lion-tiger. A liger....it's pretty much my favorite animal, BTW.

 

haha i remember those comments...its all good though...most people that have never driven an s2k dont have anything good to say about it, then once they are in the driver seat the tables turn and they develope a respect for it. it isnt the ordinary honda

...but yea convertible-roadster or not, it's a nice *** car..showroom price tag is a scale tipper though. any guesses on the price of an 03 s2k w/ 60k on the dash?

I wouldnt buy one with 60k personally. But you're looking to probably pay around $17k for that. i'd say that would be a fair price.

 

Miles aint **** that just means more cabon build up which ='s more comp!...... an dsince its a AP1 you automatically are better then the AP2's running around!

Hell yeah! '00 with 86k miles here and I know I have at least 15 more horse than any AP2

 

whats wrong with AP2's?

more torque, less unpredictability at the limit, sounds good to me

Not enough oversteer and 8 &lt; 9. You only have 10lbs more of torque lol. That's pretty much the main stuff right there...

i just hope that the s2k you drove (which you stated was quick) was owned by the dealership..cause if not, to me is a lack of respect to go find out how quick an s2k is with a customer's car...btw glad you liked the s2000

I really wouldn't be mad at him. You brought EVERYTHING he said upon yourself. Well besides the race comment.

He simply made this thread to state how nice of a car the s2000 was and to apologize basically for not giving it any recoqnition.

So, why again did that deserve you saying "Who the hell are you? And why should I care?"

That right there made you look just as bad as you actually view him. So pull your head out of the sand and take a look what you said to spark this issue.
