Default interior cleaning question

i drive with my sunroof open a lot of the time and i started to notice that the roof of my rsx-s was getting a little dirty. i'm not sure what kind of material is on it so i don't know how to clean it. would a damp cloth work... and just kind of dab at it? or is there a cleaning solution to use that wouldnt damage or stain it..?

help is appreciated

Im an auto detailer and i wouldn't use a damp cloth on it. It'll scratch what ever it is, it doesnt matter if its a soft material or not. Use some type of degreaser on it. If you cant get a hold of any, regular armor-all can work good or even taking some window cleaner on it should do the job. A damp cloth would smear it and make it worse. Water only covers dirt it doesnt remove it.
