CRX Inside lights

Should these buttons be backlit? My A/C Button is but none of the rest of them are (The fresh air and recurliate are though)
Here is a pic to kinda better understand what I am talking about.

Yes they should be back lit.

And when their not, how do you replace the bulbs?

Did you check the fuses? Thats weird that they would all burn out at the same time. It is not very hard to remove.
