You cut the front bumpstops, typically, if you're lowered on aftermarket springs. If you're leaving the springs the same, and replacing your AGX, just reuse the bumpstops.
For such a nice set of shocks, I'd look around for some used dustcovers. The clearances between the shock piston rod and seal are pretty durn small, but remember all that crap that gets thrown around the wheel well. A small investment in covers and your premium shocks will thank you in the long run.
