4th gen lowering springs
I've searched and still haven't found what I wanted... I'm looking for possibly pictures of your 4th gen Prelude with springs? Really hoping someone has Neuspeed Race springs on their car, I'd like to see that, Tanabe DF210's, Tein S-Techs or anything else you guys might have. I'm looking at getting springs soon since I don't have the money for coilovers, just seeing what it would look like. Also, how do you like the ride/feel of your springs?
Thanks in advance,
Michael

coming from someone who had H&r sports for about a year...
save your money. you might think, "hey i'll just buy these in the meantime because i want to be lower and handle a bit better"
well its not like that (unless you just want to be lower to look cool)
you will probably blow your stock shocks (most 4th gens are creeping up the mileage) and it will perform even worse.
thats why i bought a set of neuspeed koni's and ground control coilovers. its not worth the effort. these springs are roughly 150bux (for the most part) and you could save that money to buy GC already.
but if you want to do it, thats up to you. you'll just learn the hardway like i did

click the link in my sig. i have Eibach Sportlines on stock struts, and yes they are blown, but i am tryin to save up to get a coilover setup, i only paid $50 for the springs used....
what are you trying to do? if its autocross.. or anything else where you want good handling and will sacrifice a bit of ride comfort.. go ground control+konis. it cost me 780 or so for the fourth gen if you search around. good luck.
Doesn't look bad at all IMO man, thanks.
Keep them coming!
I'm not going to be driving to the point where coilovers would be a neccesity, I'm going to school in the fall and just need something to get back and forth to there, and a job, so for now looks will be okay...

That'd be great. Just trying to get a feel for what different springs would look like on 4th gens. To the guy that had the H&R's, can you post pics if you have any of it?

hmmm... That looks good too. I'll have to think this one over.
Just a dumb question, would I need to get a camber kit if I got springs and then got an alignment immediately following?

Leaning towards getting the Neuspeed Race/KYB GR2 combo from inlinefour.com
Would I still need a camber get seeing as how I'm going to get it aligned after I get the suspension stuff and new tires?

key i got the KYB gr-2's. can i put some springs on those or are they just replacement shocks? cuz i had my car lowered on the stock shocks and ya they got messed up so i was wonderin if its safe on the KYB's.
get your car aligned FIRST after you install the suspension, and they should be able to tell you if you need one or not.
i thought i would need a camber kit for my neuspeed races cuz my rear tires look like /_\ from the back, but they are wearing PERFECTLY even!! which is more than can be said for my fronts.. i think my toe is off
