Default Turn signal issue

My front turn signals are not working. The stock turn signals have been removed and in their place are lights integrated into aftermarket mirrors. When i hit the turn signals, one side turns off, and the side that should be flashing, just stays lit. This problem came along with the bike when i got it. I also noticed two small plugs coming off the harness (green wire) that are not connected to anything. I am not seeing a connection for them ether. Looks like they would connect somewhere around where the stock turn signals were mounted. Not sure if this relates to my problem but I have a funny feeling it might.

k well the green wire not connected is the ground for the turn signals. these are running lights, they only have two wires, power and ground. anybody know how to wire running lights as turn signals til i can get some flushmounts?

usually, and most of the time. there are three wires (blue, green, brown) do you have all three or are there just two?
