Default Greddy bolt on turbo kit 1/4 mile time?

Does anybody have any Quarter mile times for the Greddy bolt on turbo kit? I'm still debating if I should invest in the Greddy kit or the AJP. Most likely I'm going for Greddy cause I'm a low baller but I always do things right the first time too so I wouldn't mind going with AJP kit. If the quarter mile time is right I'm probably gonna hit it up soon.

Thanks in advance!

ajp just hit 11.9 running 20 lbs of boost. if u are a lowballer, than that is not a feasible goal. go with greddy just cuz its reliable and will give u a good amount of power. dont know any times, but im sure its somewhere in the low 14's, high 13's

Thanks for some input. I am looking more towards a reliable setup because I commute a lot but I also want power. I didn't want to bring it up in our honda forum but I can't help it. I just wanna slap on a turbo so I can blow out my friends VW LOL. He's been talking smack after he reflashed his ECU (passat 2.0T) and beat me by one car and a half. I'm sure if I get the reflash I can probably take him but I want him to see my whole car in the front of his car.

I was doing some quick searches and found some numbers..seems like the Greddy kit will get you to 245-250hp and 210-220lb torque?..not too sure...

It had better be lower than that. People are hitting the low 14's no problem with bolt ons.

Yeah, TRAG has claimed a 14.2 with only a CAI. I've also heard of people posting times in the 13.5-14.0 range with I/H/E/reflash.

However, I don't think that a Greddy turbo slapped on a bone stock SI would do any better than high 13s. Even TypeX said he only ran a 13.9 with the Comptech SC, although this was also without any tuning.

14.5 with the supercharger w/ Traction issues.

The major factor people are missing here is that ALL TRACKS ARE DIFFERENT.
IN nj/ny area

Etown = Higher times then Atco

Altitude, conditions & shitty equipment play big factors in these "super times" everyone states.

Like OMG i ran a 13.9 with just an air freshner at Island Dragway .... well I dunno if anyones ever been there but think of if as a Dragstrip that people blew up land mines on. and Old man withers from the end of scooby doo running it.

I would expect Mid 13s, but maybe 12s wouldn't be out of the question if you had all the bolt-ons to go with it, which should set you at 280+ WHP.

conditions on the track will also cause ur times to vary. humidity, altitue, temp, tires, etc will cause u to run higher or lower times. i have a buddy with an rsx-s with a greddy turbo kit running 13 psi and he is runnin a 13.2 with kpro. i know someone has run a 13.9 with i/h/e, reflash, and slicks. there are alot of factors that can affect the time u run.

if u need something that is straight bolt up and drive around town, i would go with greddy. less expensive, and from what i hear more reliable.

Not with the turbo setup. When K Pro comes out you can run that. Thats what my friend did with his RSX-S when he ran the GReddy kit.

With 240 whp in a 2800 pound car and some good driving you should hit low 13's easily.

Last question. Is the Greddy turbo kit AC compatible?

I doubt they would sell a kit that required removing A/C.

My cousin has an EP3 and his A/C works perfect with his Greddy kit (T517Z turbo)
Its been boosted about 3 years.

I agree here. I have 260 whp but never raced it. However, my mechanic who is a race car driver and has driven my car tells me same thing, low 13's.

The difference is that my car has the supercharger. I would think a turbo might be a bit faster pushing the same boost. Don't know much about racing.

Sweet. I always thought that AC had to be taken out to put in turbo..I guess I've just been driving too much of the older turbo hatches...lol

GReddy FG2 Turbo - 13.40 Best Time. I didn't drive the car. It was a White FG2 with the complete same setup as mine without a boost controller. He was running stock boost at 6.5psi and power shift through all the gears.
