PIAA's are great bulbs. Silverstars are the ones who CAN have the tendency of burning out fast....but try these out and see what they look like. PIAA DOES have a great reputation though

any COATED bulb isgarbage...
especially the PIAA since they have so much coating on the bulb it makes impossible for the light to go through the glass...
be thankful ur not one of those dumbasses who actually think PIAA are better bulbs and spend 60-70 bucks for something an ebay brand can top and ebay stuff costs ya 5 bucks...

Hmm which brand is good then? Because I have the ultra white luminics and that isn't so great so I plan on replacing them with something else.

Some GOOD bulbs?

Philips Nighthawks. Or HiRs, but they only work in 9005's and 9006's.

If you want GOOD halogen bulbs, you want ones that don't have color coatings, higher wattages, or special gases.

http://www.danielsternlighting.com has a lot of FAQ's concerning quality automotive lights.

philips or GE or sylvania(Osram)...dont get the sylvania's made in korea lol sorry to bash on korean products but the difference is sylvania osram doesn't coat their bulbs and gives about 1200 lumens per bulb which is pretty darn good in comparison of PIAA, luminics, ebay bulbs that make 600 lumens per bulb...
Again: non-coated bulbs > coated bulbs
