***Bisimoto Dyno Day, & Raffle: Chino, CA; May 27, 2007***RESULTS
May 27th, 2007 marked the grand opening of the new Bisimoto Engineering facility in Chino Hills, CA. This day also served as a Dyno day, and prize raffle for the tons of enthusiasts who joined in this joyous occasion during the long Memorial Day weekend. Raffle items ranged from a high end Honda model trainset, to gift certificates from HASport, Outback, and T-shirts as well.
The Bisimoto Engineering facility comprises of a modern "art-deco theme" waiting room ideal for girlfriends, wives and significant-others of the avid enthusiasts who frequent the grounds. The 42" flat-screen display allows viewing of the Dyno run data in real time. The rear of the facility houses the state-of-the-art Dynapack 3000 Dynamometer, and also serves a a showroom for all Bisimoto products and services.
The recent Dyno day composed of 3 classes, that allowed for multiple entries, and focused on efficiency, not brute power: winners were chosen by WHP/displacement, hence allowing even modest cars to participate and win. Consolation prizes also went out to peak torque and wheel horsepower displays, despite this being a true "tuning" competition. The classes, winners, vehicle and prizes were as follows:
