First we would need to know what car you have to find out what the OTS spring rates are as I think each car has it's own OTS spring rates. Your best bet is to call GC and ask them what they think is the best for you according to how you will be driving your car and how low you plan to drop it.

You can order from them over the phone as well.

Not too sure what rates you want as I don't own that car. I can say that I have 440's in the front and 380's in the rear and I love it. I have a 97Prelude. There are a lot of threads asking this question. You should do a search and I'm sure you will find some good links with good suggestions on rates for your car.

It really all depends on what you want out of your car though. If you drive to work and back and that's it then you might want to think about getting some lower spring rates like the OTS ones as that is all you will need.

If you are autoxing or track racing then you want to go with something higher like the 450 range and higher. I can't tell ya what is good and what isn't though. If you call GC they can give way better advice than I can.
