Default Locked lugs, can't find the tool for it.

I bought this car a few months ago w/ brand new tires and didn't think much about having to take them off at the time. Each tire has 4 locking lugs on it but no hardware store seems to know what tool I use to get them off. I called the guy I bought it from and he said he used some type of flat edge but I'd prefer to have an actual tool. Here are the pics as best I could get them.

The wheels are ICW racing rims 15". The lugs are smooth on the outside w/ no edges, and a shiny magenta color. And there are points on the inside to grip them but seem to be worn away from using something other than the prefered tools.

Thanks

Go to a tire shop near where you live and they will have it, or you can go to sears and get a huge allan wrench and take them off that way.

Yup...I had lugnuts similar to that on my first set of wheels. When I had a problem with some of them coming off...I went to Sears and purchased a 12mm Allen Wrench. Slide your jack handle over the wrench and they should come loose if the inside is not to rounded off.
