holley has always done a fine job for most... just be sure to get whatever tb you choose port mathced to your intake manifold for optimal air flow. your other mods will help determine what size TB to purchase. good luck

ITR TB = 62mm = $499
Brand new Holley 62mm TB = $360
the way i was factoring my throttle body sizing ..
LS = 58mm = 140hp
GSR = 60mm = 170hp
ITR = 62mm = 195hp
so im guessing take your total HP estimate and add 2mm for every 30hp beyond a type R
example: 220-230hp range 64mm
250-260hp range 66mm
290-300hp range 68mm
