Default Input on boosting my 2007 Civic SI coupe!

Okay so I am looking to turbo my 2007 Civic Si coupe. I am shooting for around $2500 as a budget. A little above or below I can handle. But I'd like to know the best kits out there, where to look for them, though ebay has everything, I'd rather not do ebay unless I have to because well, it's ebay, you wouldn't buy a baby off ebay would you? Well unless you had to..Anyway back to the topic. I would need all the piping, intercooler, turbo, and whatever else I need included in this kit. Which brings me to my next question, what is evertyhing I would be needing? I was thinking about lambo doors instaed...but then i was like no..I've never had a turbo car and don't know much about them. I have buddies with turbo cars but if you could just please point me in the right direction.

Thanks!

PS. only post what would help me or others searching for turbo kits. Don't post stupid stuff please, only helpful posts!!!

2500 is too small of a budget.
Tires need to be upgraded along with alot of other things.

Save more.

Though I am new to turbos, I do know that you have to do more than purchase the kit and put it on. I was only looking to spend $2500 on the kit alone I already know about upgrading other things along with tuning it. But I am liking that greddy turbo kit you guys are showing me it might be what I end up going with.

Thanks

Greddy kit is still $1000 more than you were originally planning on... didn't know if that qualified as a "little more or a little less" or not

Good stuff though, especially if you plan on driving it everyday...

Type X is right. Before you just go slapping on a turbocharger to any stock vehicle, strut bars, exhaust, tires, suspension, plugs, all need to be changed out and then some to ensure the vehicle can handle the excess power generated from a 9psi boost turbo kit. Properly done, get all that tricked out prior, or all at the same time. I mean, honda engineering is excellent, and you could just install a nice bolt on turbo kit without having any issues at all. But your vehicle will compensate (tire wear is an good example) for this extra power in a negative manor, degrees of compensation however will very. all in all, toss that bitch on and have fun though. gl.

$2500 to go boost?

I probably spent like $6,000 so far and buying more by the day.

Well if you manage to somehow turbo our cars for that PLEASE let me know.

2500 MIGHT get you a decent kit(it damn sure won't come with fuel management/tuning. Then you need the hondata reflash, , wide-band a/f ratio gauge, a good boost gauge, tuning from a respectable tuner (which usually includes you paying for the all-day dynoing)

Your looking at $5,000+++ man.

Definitely save more man, good luck.

I just saw The Breakup for the first time last night, and I laughed at your siggy :D

I know that my F/I dreams are over, because I was going to go Comptech for affordability/reliability, but that went down the drain with them. I can't afford to go turbo again, I pay too much for this car.
