Default Cant find slotted 3 bolt exhaust flanges

I need a 3 bolt flange for a 2.25" exhaust with slotted bolt holes. Need it to mate to a stock catalytic converter bolt pattern, this flange I got from Vibrant wont work. I've searched for them everywhere I can think of, Kteller, bmcrace, summit, ... even ebay to no avail. I know they exist, because there's one on my car right now, but I dont remember who made it or where it came from.
Thanks

make your own? Buy a 3-bolt flange, and grind the holes into slots?

Or just cut them straight from the hole to the outter edge of the flange. Use a washer and call it a day.

Well, I dont exactly have something here that can cut thick stainless steel, and if I can find one, then it would be 6-10 bucks or so vs. a couple hours of aggrivation trying to cut a flange up with something that isnt made for heavy duty work.
