Default 92 GSR - A few problems (just got it)

Just got the Integra,

It passed BC inspection and had the timing belt, water pump and other belts replaced.

1st Problem
Drove it yestereday for the first time, and noticed a ticking sound from the engine. I thought it was a piston or plunger but it was intermitent no patter to the sound.
what could it be?

2nd Problem
Today when i drove around town and started and stopped the car a couple of times it wouldn't start.
it sounded like it wasn't getting a spark to fire.
i gave it some gas but that didn't do anything (i didn't flood it)
i popped the hood and asked my wife to try starting it again and Bingo it fired up.
5min later we stopped at the food store and same exact thing.
if i leave it sit it for a while it starts up no problem.
(my wifes old 89 accord did the same thing in hot weather, so we put it down LOL)

3rd Problem
it has a command starter in it and when i shut the car off it stays running till you tap the brake or hit lock on the key fob is that ussuall??

Thanks for the help/ideas

for problem number one, it could use a valve adjustment very soon. Take it to a shop so they can adjust it.

Thanks guys

KevLo, the mechanic did the valve adjustment. he said a few were out.

and

rare_db2, the mechanic also replaced the relay. he said that we won't know for sure if that will fix it but it narrows it down.

thanks all
