Default B18 Bottom ends

I am a relative noob when it comes to engine tech, so this is most likely a very stupid question.
I am looking at buying a 94 gsr which had the motor hydrolock and put a hole in the bottom end. I have in my garage a B18A1 from 91 integra GS which was totaled when my friend's grandpa forgot to pull his ebrake when parking.
My question is: would the bottom end of my B18A1 bolt onto the head from the GSR's B18C1? Or would this be more of a very wimpy LS-Vtec?

I thought it would be, and I have seen that kit, but I checked the FAQs and all of them talked of using the B20. Ill go searching.
