Default Help With Tranny Problem Please

I've been getting a chattering sound from my tranny. I was told by multiple reliable sources that it might be my throw out bearing, but yesterday I took the tranny apart and inspected the bearing and it was still good. However, I did notice that when I turn the shaft in the tranny (the one the throw out bearing sits on) it would make that chattering sound. Any thought or ideas on what's wrong and how to fix it? Would greatly appreciate any input.

That's what I thought too. Where is the Input shaft bearing located and how hard is it to swap out?
