oh boy, don't get my started. There is this huge construction site in the middle of our city for highways. It has been there for years. I bought my car last year and the first two weeks I was driving by that site, they were painting! The stupid crew wasn't even covering everything up, and I can see white paint dust flying off where they were painting! Needless to say I got little white paint chips all over my front and window. Ok maybe not that much, but you can see it when you look close and they are ALL over the front. Autozone guy tell me to use compound to rub it off, but it doesn't work that well. After a year, I still have them on the front, those that were on the windows got washed off over time, but they are still visible on my NHBP paint...

3M Adhesive Remover, spray it on the tar, let it soak for about 30 seconds, wipe off...repeat till it's all gone. Should come off fairly easy, that's what I use.
