Default 98+ HELP! replacing transmission

I got a 4 cylinder automatic accord that need to replace the transmission. I was wonder can a 94-97 auto trans fit? like a bolt on thing???

why would you need more info? the answer is stated clearly...the 94-97 is a f22 motor and the 98-2002 is a f23 motor...transmissions are not interchangeable.

....but maybe you could get in touch with a guy by the name of 98savage. I know he just swaped over to a manual trans for a 6th gen. He might be able to point you in the right direction for getting a new trans. Otherwise your stuck with what you got.

again the answer is no. Now your talking about a k series motor. Your only options for a trans is from a 98-2002. unless someone knows some information that i dont know, i think your only limited to those year accords.

Unfortunately There have been many problems with these transmissions. have your local dealership run your vin number. If your vin falls within the guidelines and you have less than 100k on your odometer you might have a chance at warranty replacement.
