Figured Id get a post started. Just ordered my f20b from H-motors today, said it would be a little over a week till I get it. I will be getting most of my b-series stuff from a friend. I still have quite a few parts left to order
-Manual Tensioner
-New timing belt, water pump and oil pump
-BS Eliminator kit
-Header
-Exhaust
-Pay buddy for his stuff (Starter, Axles, Trans, Mounts, Linkage, Clutch, Flywheel)
-Adapter Plate (Probably goin with QSD)
-Find a basemap for my f20b for my AEM EMS
-Garage to tear into my hatch
-Personal time (Working 60+ hours a week)
I plan on asking you guys a lot of questions but at the same time trying to make it a learing experience for myself. Ill be adding more and as always tons of pics as they come along.

The auto uses hydraulic pressure to tension the belt. I know the earlier ones had problems and from what I have read they have fixed that problem but I would still rather go with a manual tensioner

Couple questions for the h2b gurus and the f20b guys
Since I have to zip down my mains im just gonna roll in new rod and main bearings. I need h22a4 mains and any b series rods correct?
Also for the majority, a h22 water pump, timing belt, and gasket kit would contans parts i could use such as timing belt water pump valve cover gasket, cam seals, oil pan gasket, etc. I found a good package deal on ebay for one.

Well my "weekend" is over so now back to work. All the money is gone out of my bank account so now I wait for parts. My goal is to have the engine in the car by 6/11 and maybe just run stock header on a h22 basemap to get it back from my shop. Then when my exhaust comes in ill get it tuned. Pics as soon as my stuff starts coming in. This should be a good week :-)
