I've got some ground control coils in my garage but i'm honestly not quite sure what they're for.... long story... the shocks are for an accord or CL... which leads me to believe the coils are too... but i cant seem to get ahold of any at ground control ever and i couldnt seem to find a part nymber search on their site.
So can anyone tell me what these part numbers match up to...
0800.250.0450 (there was another number 127738, but i thought it was just the batch number)
0800.250.0300 (121651)

How do I tell what my spring rates are?
Ground Control sells Eibach Race Springs (ERS) which are labelled by 3 different values in the following convention: length . diameter . spring rate. However, ERS will come labelled in either Metric (mm.mm.N/m) or English (inchx100.inchx100.lbs/inch) units. 180.64.61 is the same thing as 700.250.350. The conversion from Metric to English is (/.254, /.254, x5.7) "/" means "divide by", "x" means "multiply by".
If you ordered a Ground Control kit without specifying custom rates, they will choose an appropriate spring rate for your vehicle. For the CRX, it is 350f/250r.

good information... but i'm wondering which car these coils were built for... are they universal? just dependant on which shock they're put on?
As long as the threaded sleeves fit your shocks, you can use any 2.5" inner diameter springs you want (including the ones you've got)...
