I have a set of Skunk2 Pro for a 92-95 Civic/Del Sol they are 8 kgf/mm (446 lb/in) in the front and 6 kgf/mm (336 lb/in) in the back.

I asked Skunk2 and those were the numbers they gave me. The springs have 8 and 6 inked on them.

Would these be stiffer than Koni Yellows and Neuspeed Race?

i assume so, i have the S2 pro-s coilover setup and for the money they are top notch.

i wouldnt reccommend swapping springs but you can give S2 a call and see what they say....

does anyone know if i should cut my bump stops?... i plan on lowering my car some more and im not bottoming out yet.

I believe they would be softer. If I remember correctly nuespeed race springs are advertised as 485F/395R.

Yes, I'm putting the 8s in the front like they are suppose to be. I'll use a thicker aftermarket rear swaybar and keep the stock front to reduce the understeer. Thats what I ran on my Civic and I loved it.
