JDM power mirrors... wiring
I need some body to tell me what wires are for the power on the switch. If i can get the power and ground i'm sure i can figure it out. And does it take a full 12VDC or do i need to step it downsome. thanks for any help
they use 12V. go to this site http://www.geocities.com/dwnlow91/JDMmirror.html if you can't find anything searching the web.

The relay. I have heard of people saying you can use a radioshack relay, but i am pretty much positive it will not work. The OEM honda relay reverses voltage in order to fold them in or out. Also, its not just a relay. If you pop one open and take a look you'd see what i mean. Its definatly much more complicated than anything you could buy from radioshack or some electronics store. If you dont have the "relay", i'd say your best hope is to find one from a newer set of folding mirrors. It can probably be used fairly easily.
I only know one person that will do some **** like that and it s you ben. Amyway I like the diagram I still have it here from when I got my mirrors just incase I get another set.
HAHA, wait till you see my "MCU".
I'm working on some crazy **** right now, and for those who dont know about it all i'm gonna say is it has SAAB writen all over it

what color is the power and the ground wires on the switch?
it was cheaper to buy the power set than to buy a passenger side mirror from honda. i checked all the salvage yards around and the cheapest was $70 w/ a cracked housing.
power mirrors are useless.
