As ghetto as it sounds, I would get 2 small rubber stoppers from Home Depot or Lowe's. I'm pretty sure they make something better than that though.

electric tape is the best and cheapest method. i do it to my car when i feel like taking of the wing. trust me it has been through snow, rain everything and no sign of leak or no peel.

my friend had gotten two small pieces of vinyl, the same color as his car, from a decal place. they didn't charge him and it worked great. didn't even really notice it either

I got plugs at a hardware store and painted them the same color as my car with touch up paint. It looks alright and can only be noticed from up close. They would also be really easy if you want to take them out later.

I used the color matched vinyl as well....but I ended up getting plugs at lowes..painted them and popped them in. I'll take pics when I get a chance.

The cheapest and best is the plugs from lowes, home depot, etc. I got mine cost me about $2.50-3.00. Looks real good (as I have ITR Spoiler now that covers most of them)

But even without a spoiler if you paint matched the plugs it would look pretty good and alot cheaper than welding and alot cleaner than any kind of tape.

everyone talks about these plugs...i went to home depot about 4 different times, searched high and low, and asked about 5 people if they had something similar. each time, they had no idea what i was talking about. i looked in plumbing, hardware, etc and could not find anything. i would love for someone to post pictures of these plugs so i know what to look for, as well as a description of material and what isle/section you found them in.

Should be in hardware. 7/16 and 7/8 sized plugs. the 7/8 may not be as snug and u may have to fiddle around with sealant or a different sized plug.

For the other 4 holes, use the plugs found under the hood near the shock towers

If you really want to plug the holes, as if it never had any, weld it shut or bondo it, sand it and paint match it. But thats only if you wanted to, and its much cleaner.
