I'm trying to do the LS\v thing and I was going to use the following:

b16 or b18 head
forged ctr p30
forged ls rods
block guard
gsr girdle
skunk2 p28 ecu
full port and polish on head
stage 2 itr cams
headers & exhaust
msd ignition system
grounding system
cai
skunk2 im
itr cams
ls balanced crank
unorthadox racing pulleys
titanium retainers & springs
of course the arp essentials
and a bore to 82 mm

Is there anything else that I should do as far as this build so I won't waste any $ ?

i may be going out on a limb here...but i think youll need a block too
