b/c i have an A3 and i found an A2 for $3950...but u have to get Kpro which runs $850-1200. So ill be paying $5000 if not more just for the A2...so it seems better just to get the K20A. Since I wont need the Kpro with the type-r ecu i believe?

well eventually you will need k-pro to tune your car if your going to be modding it and the type r ecu isnt even that great it has a built in govener so you cant max out your car i would say go with the a2 and k-pro because if you have mods like i/h/ex you will make alot more power on k-pro

yeah that
since you wanted more power (swapping engines) in the first place
you'll eventually get k-pro

seriously...if you're going to buy a $5,000 engine, you'd be just plain dumb to NOT get K-pro.
