I'm upgrading my dead LS fuel pump to a GS-R/ITR. I have found someone local with a Civic Si pump... I have read these are the same as GS-R/ITR (and the Walbro kit has the same part # for both) but when I looked up the OEM part numbers, they are different. Does the Civic Si pump fit the LS/GS-R/ITR? I know the Si pump is supposed to flow the same as GS-R/ITR, but does it actually fit?

Thanks for the info.
No need for a Walbro. I'm running 40% higher fuel pressure than stock on my LS with no plans for any significant increase. GS-R/Si/ITR pump flows ~64% more than the LS pump. I can get a used one locally for $25, or new for $50. Problem solved.
