Default Removing an SI spoiler.

How difficult is it? Will there be bolt holes left in the trunk?

Probably takes about 5 minutes to get it off. Yes there will be bolt holes left behind.

....Why wouldn't there be holes in the trunk afterwards?

^ That means yes, there will be holes left over. The wing has to be attached somehow, and I beleive it's a few bolts and possibly some thick kind of adhesive to stop rattling.

They make some ridiculous adhesives these days. They've got glue for steel that is actually stronger than steel. As in using a spot of glue the size of a quarter, they glued up 2 pieces of steel and then hooked that up to a crane and a full size pickup truck, then lifted the god damn truck about 4 feet off the ground. Even in sheer testing the steel snapped before the glue gave out.

It's called HB tape and needs to be kept in sealed bags. Can be bought at Automotive Paint and Supply shops, NOT PEPBOYS/Autozone/Walmart. Industrial strength stuff.

NighhawkR18: It's easy but does require some experience in autobody and paint. Not easy if you don't know what to use.

correction even the ebay spoilers too.... the oem rear lip leaves alot of holes. And the si has less holes then lip, aftermarket si replica has total of 4 holes plus the middle part

Isn't it illegal not to have a third brake light?
