How to remove headlights on a 98-01 DC2 DB8?

Default How to remove headlights on a 98-01 DC2 DB8?

Are there any DIY threads on how to remove the headlights on the a 98-01 DC2 and DB8? If there isn't, can some let me know know? Did a search but didn't find anything. Thanks

you gotta take the bumper off then there are 4 bolts that hold it down

take of the screws on both sides of the bumper where it attaches to the fenders take the screws off the funderliners where they connect to the bumper, there are 2 bolts that hold the bumper under the rad. support, take out the bumper lights or just unplug the bumper lights. Unscrew the screws that go across the top of the bumper where the hood latches down

Yeah sounds right. When you unscrew the final screws, it will loosen a metal 1 inch by 3 ft. plate.

Pretty much when you open the hood, you'll see all of the 10 mm bolts and screws with the exception of the screw on each side of the fenderliner where you pull back the plastic part in the front of the wheelwell.

Those last 2 screws are the ones that had me feeling like a dumbass when I couldn't figure out for 10 min. why my bumper wouldn't come off.
