symtoms of bad main relay...
I just got my swap running last night (f23 running obd-1 poa ecu) engine was running at 1,100 rpm and shut off. went to turn the key off then back on and noticed I didn't hear the click from the main relay, and the fuel pump didn't power on. So I tried tapping the main relay, nothing. Then I tried swapping if for a known good one, nothing. So if the fuel pump isn't powering on and its not the main relay do you guys have any suggestions? BTW, all my main fuses are ok, haven't bothered to look at the ones under the dash though
look at the alt/sol fuse (under the dash lower left side, its 10 amp fuse between 2 15 amp fuses)if it blows no fuel pump or ignition. This is the most common one to blow when doing a swap. it might have blown for a reason double check to make sure the main power wire to the alternator is not shorted and there is no resistance in the line.
