Sorry for the dumb question... but gotta ask ...

Just installed an AEM CAI on my 99GSR... I love the 3 levels of growl it makes on hard acceleration... just noticed one thing... when I 'blip' the throttle... it makes a whistling sound... erm...almost like a blow-off valve... SOUNDS COOL...but is it normal ?

Yes this is normal.Thats just the whistle from the air coming threw the intake.

that is the boost building up in ur air filter....
