Hi everyone,
We just purchased a 02 cr-v and so far love it!
The first thing we did was reprogram the A/C auto engage feature when you select defrost. Seems like a good idea to remove the mositure in the air, but at least give the user the option to turn it off! So finding out that we can disable that feature was a bonus.

I do have one question for other 02 owners. When the dash lights are turned on, does the screen which contains the odometer and temp info have any lighting? Ours does not have any lighting, which proves difficult to read at night.

any info would be appreciated.

Yes the odometer lights up. A bulb is directly behind the odometer, it must be loose or burnt out.
