wassup h-t my friend has a ef civic and painted his roof and it came out like ****. He wants to redo it better this time and wants to sand it to the metal, so what sand paper could he sand it with and up to what sand paper. Also same with his front bumper which is plastic please help thanks. also what primer and paint could he buy that would be good enough to paint it

what exactly was wrong with it? thereis no need to sand down to the metal

 

well he primed it and sprayed it and then clear coat all by spray can and it came out ok then a couple weeks later it looked like crap...had little to no shin and had like white spots on it...would it b better to roll paint it? or just get better primer and spray paint?

 

it wont turn out good from aerosol, u need to use a compressor, spray gun, and good auto paint, do it right or dont do it at all
