Why is my tach dead?

Why is my tach dead?
I had my car down for a suspension rebuild for a couple of months and now my tach doesnt work... where do i start troubleshooting this? 89 crx dx btw... has a d15bvtec swap as well..

what does that have to do with the tach? he said tach not speedo
you would be getting a cel if the ecu was not seeing the tach signal, so a wire must be broken somewhere

wierd.. I havent seen any other termpro people on this forum before.. though i havent been on TP in a while...
I checked the cable and it was out, but that was killing my speedo.. got that back, but still no tach.. Ill see if I can trace a blue wire, though my electrical system is oddball as hell..
